Визначення прояву психологічного захисту та копінг поведінки у студентів 1-4 курсів

Анотація

Мета – визначити прояв психологічного захисту та використання копінг-стратегій для подолання важких життєвих ситуацій у студентів 1 та 4 курсу.

Матеріал і методи: обстежено 60 студентів Національного університету харчових технологій: студенти 1 курсу – 30 (50 %), студенти 4 курсу – 30 (50 %) особи. Для визначення прояву у студентів психологічного захисту, була використана методика-опитувальник «Індекс життєвого стилю» Р. Плутчика, Х. Келлермана (Life Style Index, LSI).

Результати. У студентів 1 курсу переважають такі наступні копінг-стратегії: конфронтаційний копінг (33,3%), пошук соціальної підтримки, (20%), самоконтроль (10%). Серед механізмів психологічного захисту - заміщення (26,67%), витіснення (16,67%) та заперечення (23,33%). Серед студентів 4 курсу переважає високий самоконтроль (23,3%), прийняття відповідальності (20%) та проблемно-орієнтований копінг (16,67%). Домінують такі психологічні механізми захисту, як компенсація (26,67%), гіперкомпенсація (17%), та раціоналізація (13,33%).

Висновки. За результатами дослідження для студентів 1 курсу, характерно уникнення важкої ситуації та перекладання відповідальності на інших, для студентів 4 курсу характерним є аналіз та розв'язання складної ситуації. Серед механізмів психологічного захисту у студентів 1 курсу переважає заміщення, у студентів 4 курсу - компенсація.
